FRINGE: Jasika Nicole Talks Dual Teams in Season 3

As FRINGE season 3 kicks off, things are going to be a bit…different.
With the early part of the show’s fall episodes switching between universes, will fans still get to see those creepy, freaky cases they’ve gotten used to?
According to FRINGE star Jasika Nicole, there’s no need to worry, we’ll be getting double the mystery-solving this year.
“What I really like about it is that they’re still doing the really bizarre things that are happening, and the FRINGE team is investigating, but now you’ve got two completely separate FRINGE teams doing the investigating,” Nicole assures us in the video below. “So you get to see how they work differently. It’s really, really, good.”
And how about Olivia, who was last seen locked up in the alternate universe?
“I wondered how are they going to do this, because you could certainly keep [Olivia] locked up for a long time,” Nicole says. “Or other things could happen. And then you start to realize [early in season 3] who the bad guys really are in this alternate universe, which isn’t necessarily easily seen in the finale. Everybody’s got these weird motives that are really surprising. So I’m super happy with where they went and from the very first episode of season 3, they take off with it. There’s no waiting around and toying until they get a couple episodes in — they really start going immediately.”
We cannot wait.

Its horrible how Jasika is able to talk about everything while Josh gets question after question about which Olivia he is going to choose. its pathetic.
She is so super cute and shes so excited, I so have got the buzzzzz its definately one of the best shows on TV!!!
Jasika is fantastic. I am so glad that we get to see more of Astrid. She is an important part of this show…..especially to Walter. I cannot wait for season 3 to start. FRINGE is the most AWESOME show on tv!
Is there any point to this show anymore after Season 2 finale where they went to “Overthereland?” Season 3 will no doubt just repeat the same mindless stuff of the first two seasons like X-Files did after X-Files Major motion picture tied up loose ends. If season opener doesn’t grab me …I’m outta here! Shows like this get old after 2 seasons.
