SMALLVILLE’s ‘Homecoming’: You Ask, I Answer on the 200th Episode

October 13, 2010 by

This Friday, October 15, SMALLVILLE will air its milestone 200th episode and having already seen the hour myself, I can tell you it’s a big one.

And SMALLVILLE fans are understandably excited about it. I solicited questions regarding the ep online and you guys came through in a major way. Sure, many of you asked for things I can’t spoil, but I did tackle some of your burning Qs below…

Will the young Torch reporters be interacting with Clark and Lois? –@superblurman via Twitter
Yep! Lois and Clark spend some time with the two reporters at the high school reunion — where episode 200 is set — and find out that things have changed quite a bit since they left Smallville High. (And yes, Lois considers it her school, despite her minimal time there.)

Will the two young Torch reporters at Smallville High mention Chloe or evoke memories of past Chlark scenes? –@iliana_1 via Twitter
They do bring up Chloe. As it turns out, she was a big influence on the young Torch reporters. As for Chlark, there is at least one reference in the hour.

Does Erica Durance have any scenes with James Marsters in 200ep? –@GreenYarn09 via Twitter
Technically, they are in scenes together. However, what’s more important is what Brainiac has to say about Ms. Lane.

Do we see a mention of the Chlollie relationship? –@AlecHurt via Twitter
Oliver does mention the loss of Chloe. Poor guy isn’t handling her absence well at all, is he?

How is Oliver dealing with his new public hero status? –@saypoetry86 via Twitter
He’s definitely having some second thoughts about exposing his secret and is not handling his newfound fame in the smartest way.

The last scene of the episode with Clark and Lois, how would you describe it? You can give us one word, anything will suffice. –@superblurman via Twitter
I’m not allowed to say anything about what goes down in the last scene. But if I had to sum it up in one word? Adorable.

Love that there’s at least a Chlark shout out and that the young reporters are influenced by the best intrepid reporter that Smallville has had. =)
