ABC Cancels THE WHOLE TRUTH - Give Me My Remote : Give Me My Remote

October 26, 2010 by

Just hours after ABC picked up several freshman shows for a full season, THE WHOLE TRUTH producer Kristieanne Reed has tweeted her drama’s dismal fate: “ABC gave us the word. We will only make 13 episodes of #thewholetruth.”

Hopefully all 13 episodes of the show will air since series creator Tom Donaghy just announced that Mandy Patinkin will be in the 10th hour.

Any thoughts? Will you miss THE WHOLE TRUTH next year?

I was really enjoying the show. I kept hearing a cancellation was imminent but I’ve been enjoying it anyway! Hope the two lead actors find another home soon.

Any the runner up for the “Worst Choice for a network cancellation” goes to…..

Second only to Fox for Lone Star.

Perhaps Maura Tierney can be written into Parenthood, Joel could always have a sister, Sydney could use another Aunt.

I’ve really been enjoying this show because it shows both sides. Maura Tierney has been great although I can’t say I’ve liked Rob Morrow quite as much. I’ll have to find something else to replace this as it’s been a staple in my viewing.

by far the best new show this season. rob morrow portrays his character better then great!! he and maura tierney play well off of each order. the stories are fresh and crisp.

the piece de resistance is that you find out the real truth at the end.

what is not to like about this program?????

WHY DO THEY KEEP CANCELING SHOWS WHERE SEAN WING IS A REGULAR??? THIS SUCKS BIG TIME. And of all the law and order stuff i’ve watched, this is the most interesting one since they really do tell us the WHOLE truth… and i really love how they do it. Also, Rob and Maura’s match up is soo perfect! Aigsh! :'(

Whats the matter with these tv execs? Seems like all the good shows that get made, get cancelled after one series. I love this show, theres a need for a court drama with a difference. Amazing show!!!! DON’T CANCEL IT PLEASE!!!
