BONES’ Michaela Conlin Teases the Jersey Shore Episode, Reveals How She Wants Booth and Brennan to Hook Up

October 6, 2010 by

Just in case you need another reason to love BONES star Michaela Conlin, you can add the video below to your list.

Not only is her character, Angela, arguably the original Booth-Brennan shipper, but Conlin has some ideas of her own about how B and B should eventually get together.

After we chatted a bit about the show’s season 6 reset, this week’s JERSEY SHORE-inspired episode, and Cyndi Lauper’s possible return to the series, Conlin revealed that she feels Angela should be the one to finally force Booth and Brennan into each other’s arms.

But how exactly does she think Angela should make that happen? Take a look…

Sounds like a plan, right?

Ugh, I hate to start off with a negative comment, but I’m so tired of this poor supporting cast feeling like they need to be the ones to “force” or “push” B/B together. B/B are adults. This isn’t elementary school. When B/B get together(if that’s even the end plan), they need to do it by themselves. Tired of the supporting cast just being there for B/B bs, that’s not happening at the moment or anytime soon, and nothing more. Remember the days when the supporting cast actually had their own stories? I really hope we’re getting that this season with the reset.

OTOH, Michaela looks lovely, as usual. She’s so gorgeous!

Love it! Another great interview, thanks Marisa! And Faith, I definitely think that Angela and Hodgins do have their own story going on, obviously with the pregnancy. I think the supporting cast is just being “supportive” of the Booth & Brennan relationship, as well as supportive of the fans who so desperately want them to get together. In the end, when B&B do get together (as Hart Hanson has assured us that they will) it will be because of them, and not anyone else, I’m sure.

Well, one of the things about Angela’s pregnancy is that Brennan will be asked to be the Godmother because she is capable of giving love. That was the reason why she dejected Booth in the 100th episode. She doesn’t feel like she can give love to Booth like he deserves.
