THE SIMPSONS Renewed For 23rd Season

THE SIMPSONS has been renewed for a 23rd season, Fox has announced.
“Like many 22-year-olds, THE SIMPSONS is extremely happy remaining at home, on FOX, and hopes it doesn’t have to go out into the real world for many years to come,” said executive producer Al Jean in a press release.
The upcoming 23rd season will include the 500th episode milestone. How crazy is that?

I am so happy by this news. This show continues to be great year after year and I cannot imagine it not being on the lineup. I still remember watching the original shorts on The Tracey Ullman Show and was so excited to hear the news of a Christmas Special and animated series. I have watched every episode and will continue to watch it.
