Happy Wednesday, my friends. A couple premieres to call out: The return of FX’s JUSTIFIED (with the sexified Timothy Olyphant) and, of course, Matthew Perry’s new ABC sitcom MR. SUNSHINE.

And for those who have DirecTV, we bid a tearful farewell to the always fantastic, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.

“Valentine’s Day II”
As Valentine’s Day approaches, Frankie becomes elated when elusive son Axl asks her to accompany him to help pick out a present and choose a restaurant to impress his mysterious new girlfriend – who may be way out of his league. Meanwhile, Mike inadvertently spills the beans about Brick’s crush on fellow student Autumn, which totally humiliates his extremely shy son; and having neglected to get a name or email address, Sue begins a diligent search for the boy she kissed during a Halloween hayride.

Live To Dance | 8pm on CBS | 1st Season Finale
“Finale”
The CBS reality-competition series — featuring one of the most inclusive talent searches ever on television, with Paula Abdul serving as executive producer, mentor and lead expert of the series — comes to a close, crowning a winner.

Better With You | 8:30pm on ABC
“Better with Valentine’s Day”
Casey has big plans for his first Valentine’s Day with Mia. But Ben and Joel tell him that their rule is to never buy expensive Valentine’s Day gifts for their ladies because doing so would set a costly precedent. Casey goes ahead with his plans anyway, and Ben realizes that he too wants to show Maddie how he feels. When Joel finds out, he decides to compete with them no matter the cost – and gets singer/pianist Michael Feinstein to perform.

Modern Family | 9pm on ABC
“Bixby’s Back”
In an attempt to avoid turning into that old boring couple, Phil and Claire decide to revisit their Clive and Juliana role-playing rendezvous from last Valentine’s Day. Meanwhile Jay has planned an elaborate surprise evening for Gloria, but his plans keep getting thwarted, and an admirer comes between Cameron and Mitchell on V-day, but they can’t agree whom the admiration is directed towards.

Human Target | 9pm on Fox | 2nd Season Finale
“Marshall Pucci”
Chance’s investigation into Ilsa’s late husband’s past uncovers a web of deception and lies that may tear the team part forever. [GMMR: We caught up with executive producer Matt Miller who gave us the scoop on the Chance-Ilsa relationship and what goes down tonight: check it!]

Criminal Minds | 9pm on CBS
“Sense Memory”
The BAU travels to Los Angeles to investigate unusual murders throughout the city. Also, more of Prentiss’ mysterious past comes to light.

Friday Night Lights | 9pm on DirecTV | Series Finale

As they delve into the investigation, it becomes clear that the perpetrator created a spectacle to draw attention to his own issues.

“Feeding Fallon”
The chefs put their signature on fondue, and then cater Jimmy Fallon’s birthday party. Who will fail to perform and find themselves kicked out of the kitchen?

Melanie tries to attract a doctor, and Joy begins dating a younger man. Meanwhile, Victoria gets into an argument with Melanie Griffith.
