“Episode 1108”

A ball challenge that turns out to be much harder than it looks gives the winning team a big advantage at this week’s weigh-in, which is especially valuable given that both a red line and a yellow line will result in two players going home. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels try to teach their contestants to push beyond the limits they’ve set for themselves, while trainers Cara Castronuova and Brett Hoebel take their team for an intense workout at a Mixed Martial Arts gym owned by contestant Rulon Gardner’s former trainer, retired UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten. Then a weigh-in filled with surprises is followed by two contestants leaving the ranch.

Glee | 8pm on Fox
“Blame It On The Alcohol”
Principal Figgins, worried about the kids’ safety, teaches the student body about the dangers of underage drinking, and the glee club is personally touched by the message. Meanwhile, Mr. Schuester and Coach Beiste indulge in a little fun of their own.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Kill Screen”
The dismembered fingertips and teeth of a murdered Marine are discovered in the stolen purse of a pickpocketer, launching NCIS on a mission to find a cold-blooded killer.

One Tree Hill | 8pm on The CW
“I Think I’m Gonna Like It Here”
As the girls plan a surprise baby shower for Haley, the guys participate in try-outs for Jamie’s baseball team. Meanwhile, Brooke and Julian pursue adoption, while Mouth gets Millicent ready for her first day at work.

“No Ordinary Proposal”
Jim’s feelings of guilt are overwhelming when, during a fight with a thug, he diverts a bullet that accidentally hits a boy – causing life-threatening harm. Meanwhile, Daphne’s boyfriend, Chris, steals the trilsettum serum from the Powell house and injects his wheelchair-bound father, Roy (Anthony Michael Hall), with disastrous results; Joshua proposes to Katie; and JJ’s teacher takes unscrupulous steps to get him to join the school’s academic decathlon team.

“Personal”
Deeks’ morning routine is disrupted when he is shot during a convenience store robbery, leaving the NCIS team to investigate whether he was the assailants’ intended target.

“Birth Pangs”
Erica, seeking revenge against Anna, heads to Hong Kong to carry out a mission to strike a lethal blow against Anna. Meanwhile, Anna learns that Tyler’s phosphorous level is too low – even after the Red Rain — and he might become useless to her; and Lisa and Diana bond, beginning to form an alliance against Anna.

“Fancy Dan”
At Jimmy’s (guest star John Reardon) wedding, Marti and Savannah are really nervous about seeing Dan, given their uncomfortable past, but they’re in for an awkward surprise when he shows up to the wedding with his new girlfriend (guest star Sonja Bennett). Vanessa and Derrick face the toughest decision of their relationship. Alice visits Jake (guest star Ryan Kennedy) in jail.

Raising Hope | 9pm on Fox
“What Up, Cuz?”
Virginia’s cousin Delilah (guest star Amy Sedaris), who struggles to make ends meet, pays a visit to the Chance family unannounced, determined to claim her share of Maw Maw’s whom she thinks died years ago estate. Further tension builds when Delilah admits she still has a crush on Burt. Meanwhile, Jimmy babysits Maw Maw and panics when she takes off on Sabrina’s moped.

“All The Precedent’s Men”
When Lisa encourages Mike to meet with a young female colleague seeking professional advice, Mike hesitates but soon discovers that she is attractive, sports-savvy and able to hang with the guys. After meetings between Mike and his new friend become more frequent, Lisa is prompted to join them, and she and Mike are surprised by her unique proposition. Meanwhile, morning commutes become less solitary for Adam when Callie starts calling him on the way to work, and Ethan attempts to eliminate indications that his relationship with a new girl is becoming serious.

“Last Shot”
Diane represents her on-again, off-again love interest, ballistics expert Kurt McVeigh, when he is sued for testimony he gave in the murder trial of an accused cop killer who was recently exonerated. Meanwhile, Eli has a personal interest in Wendy Scott-Carr’s illegal nanny.

Crosby pays the price for a mistake that will change his relationships with those closest to him. Adam gets annoyed with Alex’s (guest star Michael B. Jordan, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS) frequent visits. Meanwhile, Adam and Kristina are then forced to deal with a huge problem that will affect Max’s progress. Elsewhere, Drew (Miles Heizer) is hit with some disappointing news from his father (guest star John Corbett, UNITED STATES OF TARA), while Sydney makes a decision that her parents, Julia and Joel, are supportive of.

“Payback”

Sammy Bryant looks for answers to his problems in the desert, as Detectives Adams and Ochoa babysit an important alcoholic witness before a murder trial. Officers Cooper and Sherman disregard standard procedure to help a needy child.
