Happy hump day, friends and lovers. Quite a bit on the small screen this evening, including the return of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL and the premiere of THE CW’s new wedding weight loss competition, starring Sara Rue.

“Hecks on a Plane”
After Sue wins a family trip to New York, Murphy’s Law goes into full effect when the Hecks board a plane and fly to the Big Apple.

American Idol | 8pm on Fox
“Hollywood Round Part 4”
The Hollywood Round continues as Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler narrow down the contestants even further.

Survivor | 8pm on CBS
“You Own My Vote”
One castaway’s kind gesture causes others to take notice and question his loyalty to the tribe, while Francesca settles into solitary life on Redemption Island and speculates whom will join her next.

America’s Next Top Model | 8pm on The CW | 16th Season Premiere
“Erin Wasson”
The semi-finalists for Cycle 16 head to Los Angeles, where Jay Emanuel and Miss J. help Tyra Banks pull a surprise switcheroo before the 14 finalists are chosen and move into the Top Model penthouse. At a beautiful Malibu estate, the models meet model/designer Erin Wasson and learn to walk a narrow runway in a plastic bubble! Top fashion photographer Russell James is on hand for a backstage photo shoot. Finally, Andre Leon Tally and Nigel Barker join Erin and Tyra Banks on the judges’ panel for the first elimination of Cycle 16.

Better With You | 8:30pm on ABC
“Better with a Shamrock”
More than anything, Ben wants his name on a shamrock posted on the wall of his favorite bar. But his dream may be dashed when he learns that the bar’s new owner is New York Yankee outfielder Nick Swisher. Ben can only hope that Nick won’t remember that it was he who accidentally dropped a blanket on him during a baseball game, preventing Nick from making a fly ball catch. Meanwhile, Mia and Maddie communicate in their own secret language their reluctance to accompany Vicky to a charity event.

Modern Family | 9pm on ABC
“Regrets Only”
Phil and Claire had a huge fight and Phil hasn’t a clue as to what it was over, so Gloria steps in to counsel Phil and Jay takes Claire. Meanwhile, Jay may have some regret in buying Gloria a karaoke machine, and Cameron is in full prep mode for a huge fundraising event and enlists help from Mitchell and Luke — which might not be the best choices.

Shedding For The Wedding | 9pm on The CW| Series Premiere
“Dearly Beloved, We Are Gathered Here…”
In this new reality/competition series hosted by Sara Rue (ALMOST PERFECT), nine overweight couples with nine unique wedding themes engage in competition to win the wedding of their dreams. This week the couples size each other up and get cut down to size by fitness trainers Jennifer and Nicky in grueling workouts. Size becomes an issue as the couples try on wedding gowns and tuxedos with wedding planner Brian Worley. The first wedding challenge is a dance-a-thon where the couple’s will compete to win their fantasy wedding gown and tux. And one couple triumphs while another is sent packing in a tense “Til Death Do Us Part” elimination challenge.

Criminal Minds | 9pm on CBS
“Coda”
Reid makes a connection with an autistic child that could assist the BAU in finding the boy’s missing parents. Also, Prentiss enlists two former Interpol colleagues in hunting an old nemesis.

Mr. Sunshine | 9:30pm on ABC
“Heather’s Sister”
When Heather sets Ben up on a blind date with her sister, he finds he has a lot in common with her… until he realizes she’s crazy. In an effort to help Roman muster the courage to ask Heather out, Ben finds himself reluctantly on a group date with the sis, Roman and Heather. Meanwhile, Crystal has asked Alonzo to walk her dog in a dog show, and Alice tries to impress her best friend who’s visiting.

Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior | 10pm on CBS
“Lonely Hearts”
The Red Cell teams travels to Ohio to track down a killer targeting single businessmen. Bill Cobbs (NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM) guest stars as Bishop Sanford. Diego Klattenhoff (24,” THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION) guest stars as Steve Hillman, Gina’s fiance. Scott Lawrence (AVATAR) guest stars as Detective Michael Stone.

Law & Order: SVU | 10pm on NBC
“Bully”
When an art patron, Cindi (guest star Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NYC), discovers a gruesome work of art, it leads gallery visitors to find a woman dead in her apartment above. Detectives Benson and Stabler look into the victim’s personal contacts in search of suspects, including the victim’s close friend Annette Cole (guest star Kate Burton). They soon discover a work environment that leads them to question if bullying does go beyond the playground.

Top Chef | 10pm on Bravo
“For The Gulf”
It’s a deep fry contest for the queen of deep fat, then the chefs prepare seafood dishes for a charity event. Another contestant is sent home.

Hot In Cleveland | 10pm on TV Land
“I Love Lucci, Part 2”
The ladies’ trip to Los Angeles continues, as Elka searches for the movie star of her dreams. Susan Lucci guest stars as herself.

Justified | 10pm on FX | 2nd Season Premiere
“The I of the Storm”
Boyd Crowder goes on the run after killing someone during a hijack, Raylan pursues.

    I hope Modern Family can deliver a great episode again. I just haven’t been loving this season…
