“Top 10 Boys Perform”
The Top 10 male semifinalists take the AMERICAN IDOL stage for the first time to perform for the judges and for the nation. On this season’s first night of voting, America will vote to pick the Top 5 Guys.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 1109”

The contestants are excited to hear from host Alison Sweeney that they will all be going home for two weeks. Each player returns home to emotional reunions with friends and family, after which they navigate the challenges of being back in their real lives, facing the same temptations that brought them to the ranch and realizing all of the things they are capable of doing now that they couldn’t do before. When they come back to the ranch, they’ll compete in a 5K challenge on a treadmill just as they did in the first episode of the season, but this time, they’re going to run the 5K all by themselves. And just as before, each will pick who they want to train them – Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels or Cara Castronuova and Brett Hoebel – in the order in which they finish the challenge. Then a few contestants reach milestones at the weigh-in, after which another player is sent packing.

“One Last Score”
NCIS discovers that one of its former investigative assistants found brutally stabbed to death was selling details for how to rob a warehouse full of valuable possessions belonging to a woman convicted of fraud. Meanwhile, a new special agent joins the office.

One Tree Hill | 8pm on The CW
“The Smoker You Drink, The Player You Get”
As Haley’s due date approaches, she takes steps to ensure that all her friends and family will be ready when the time comes. Brooke and Julian also prepare to begin a family, while Chuck (guest star Michael May) turns to Chase for help with a problem.

No Ordinary Family | 8pm on ABC
“No Ordinary Love”
The mysterious Mrs. X (Lucy Lawless, XENA: WARRIOR PRINCESS, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA) tasks the sexy – and dangerous – Sophie (Tricia Helfer, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA) to cause Jim and George to fall under her spell and make them do whatever she wants them to – which could place Jim’s marriage in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Stephanie must decide whether or not to inject a patient with the trilsettum serum and risk turning him into a super in order to retain Dr. King’s trust, and Daphne’s boyfriend, Chris, begins to have suspicions about the Powell family’s abilities.

“Harm’s Way”
Sam resumes a former alias and boards a one-way flight to Yemen in hopes of tracking down a terrorist group’s leader and rescuing the hostage son of a Saudi Prince.

V | 9pm on ABC
“Uneasy Lies the Head”
Erica, now officially in charge of the global Fifth Column, leads them in a high risk attack against Anna. Anna meanwhile, growing closer in her plan to destroy humanity, finds a major obstacle in a certain Live Aboard candidate; and Ryan sneaks back onto the Mothership to try and rescue his daughter.

Hellcats | 9pm on The CW
“Don’t Make Promises (You Can’t Keep)”
Savannah can’t believe her ears when Charlotte (guest star Emma Lahana) finally reveals the identity of her baby’s father. Marti confronts her mother for more information about her father. The Hellcats learn that Memphis Christian is using the same song as the Hellcats for their routine at nationals.

Raising Hope | 9:30pm on Fox
“Snip Snip”
When Virginia and Sabrina discover secrets about each other, Sabrina blackmails Virginia into keeping her mouth shut. Meanwhile, Jimmy takes Burt to get a vasectomy after a family vote.

The Good Wife | 10pm on CBS
“Great Firewall”
The law firm of Lockhart, Gardner and Bond sues a social networking site on behalf of a Chinese dissident, who posted an anonymous blog about democracy in China, and was jailed and tortured by the Chinese government when the site failed to protect his anonymity and turned over his IP address. Meanwhile, Eli gets a tip that he hopes will drive Childs out of the race, and Will and Diane hope to wrestle the firm away from Derrick Bond once and for all. Rita Wilson guest stars.
