“Fall From Grace”
A young homeless man with horrific scars, showing signs of olfactory impairment, is treated by the team. But just as they warm up to him, they discover a disturbing secret. Meanwhile, Cuddy confides in Wilson and expresses guilt for ending her relationship with with House.

How I Met Your Mother | 8pm on CBS
“Legendaddy”
When Barney finally meets his father, he’s surprised to learn how his life turned out. Meanwhile, the gang points out each other’s “gaps,” something they should know by adulthood but never learned. John Lithgow guest stars as Jerry, Barney’s dad.

Pretty Little Liars | 8pm on ABC Family | 1st Season Finale
“For Whom The Bell Tolls”
Now that Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer are in possession of the information that Alison left them, the girls decide that it’s time to finally put an end to “A” and the mystery surrounding their friend. “Black Hand and the Shotgun Man”
The detective duo of Jarek Wysocki and Caleb Evers investigates an international drug dealer whose family is in jeopardy. FBI Division Chief Cuyler (guest star Adam Arkin, SONS OF ANARCHY) intervenes, complicating the high-profile case. While visiting grieving families with Alderman Gibbons, undercover cop Liam Hennessey becomes increasingly vulnerable when he feels the pain of victims. The family drama follows Jarek home when he visits his ex-wife, and wedding bells continue to ring for his fiancee.

Harry helps Marty Slumach, an old boyfriend, try an armed robbery case, but she has trouble mounting a defense for the accused because she doubts his innocence. Meanwhile, Adam represents Amanda Knox who is abruptly fired from her gig performing at a local bar when the owner’s wife finds out that Amanda was having an affair with her husband.

“Na Me’e Laua Na Paio (Heroes and Villains)
Five-0 must unravel the mystery of why a mild-mannered sci-fi fan wearing a cape was given truth serum before being tossed out of a 21st-story window. Meanwhile, McGarrett gets an unexpected visit from a CIA agent who shares his personal interest in tracking down the Yakuza who had his parents killed.

“One Life to Lose”
