Chef Ramsay’s next restaurant project is Café Tavolini in Bridgeport, CT. Find out if his experience and expertise will help transform the eatery into a success or if Café Tavolini will have to shut its doors in tonight’s all-new episode.

Shark Tank | 8 pm on ABC
“Episode #202”
Season Two of “Shark Tank” promises to make TV history with the Sharks offering over $10 million in investment deals to bankroll a creative array of innovative entrepreneurs. This season, high tech billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban and successful comedian and self-made businessman Jeff Foxworthy jump into the Tank to appear separately in the show’s nine episodes. Tonight’s season opens with a woman who rents toys, an extreme sports enthusiast and a man hawking a breakfast innovation. There’s also an update on Season 1’s granola gourmet, Jeff Cohen.

Who Do You Think You Are? | 8 pm on NBC
“Steve Buscemi”
Steve Buscemi (‘Boardwalk Empire’), a man who has played his share of shady characters in his career, sets off on a trail to find similar real life dark figures in his own family. His search leads him to his maternal great-great grandfather, a questionable character that had a tarnished Civil War record and other secrets. Steve’s journey will take him from New York to Philadelphia and from the battlefields of Virginia to the Union ports of the Potomac River in search of his elusive ancestor.


Fringe | 9pm on FOX
The intensity of life “over there” accelerates as Olivia finds herself in mortal danger in tonight’s all-new episode. [Check out some teases for the hour, plus producers Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman talk about Peter’s upcoming decision and more.]

Primetime: What Would You Do? | 9 pm on ABC
What will happen when a waiter drops food on the floor and then serves it to an unsuspecting diner? Will anyone say anything when an agent yells at her super skinny model for ordering something fattening at a restaurant? Some cases seem to cry out for action, while others seem to present a choice. What would YOU do? Using hidden cameras, “What Would You Do?” establishes everyday scenarios and then captures people’s reactions. Whether people are compelled to act or mind their own business, John Quinones reports on their split-second and often surprising decision-making process.
