Quite the selection on the ol’ tube tonight. A couple of series premieres, a couple of season finales. Read on to for the full lineup!

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 1114”
This week kicks off with a pop challenge in which contestants have to estimate the length of a mile. The winning team gets a night out on the town, Hollywood style, while the other players have to stay behind and clean the ranch. Later, the teams race to light up a “Biggest Loser” board in a challenge that gives a stiff penalty for the losing team – no votes at the elimination. Then one trainer gets shocking news at the weigh-in, and after an emotional elimination, host Alison Sweeney delivers some very exciting news to the contestants.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Two-Faced”
To Gibbs’ displeasure, Special Agent E.J. Barrett (Sarah Jane Morris) returns to lead the investigation of a seaman’s death that may be connected to a series of port-related murders. Meanwhile, Ziva finally introduces her boyfriend, Ray (Enrique Murciano), to the team.

No Ordinary Family | 8pm on ABC | Season Finale
“No Ordinary Beginning”
The Powells must join together to save JJ, who’s been kidnapped, courtesy of Mrs. X (Lucy Lawless) and forced to solve an enigma that could lead to the permanence of the trilsettum’s effects. Meanwhile, Joshua reconnects with Katie and discovers that he’s about to become a father, and George’s fate hangs in the balance as a prisoner aboard a plane that’s quickly spiraling out of control and about to crash.

Dancing with the Stars | 9 pm on ABC
“1203a”
The competition grows tougher as a second couple is sent home on tonight’s “Dancing with the Stars” results show. Also, Disney Channel star Selena Gomez & The Scene will perform their newest single, “Who Says,” accompanied on the floor by series pros Mark Ballas and Chelsie Hightower. Also this week, rock sensations OneRepublic will play their smash hit “All the Right Moves” with the “Dancing with the Stars” Dance Troupe in the ballroom. The band will also play their newest release, “Good Life,” with series pro dancers Dmitry Chaplin and Lacey Schwimmer on the floor.

Parenthood | 10pm on NBC
“New Plan”
Crosby does everything he can to get Jasmine back. Meanwhile, Adam is nervous about Haddie going to prom with Alex (guest star Michael B. Jordan, “Friday Night Lights”), as Julia tries to spend more time with Sydney. Elsewhere, Sarah works on improving her script while also trying to focus on Amber’s future.

Lights Out | 10pm on FX | Series Finale
“War”
Lights goes to war with Death Row Reynolds for the heavyweight title. But first, Hal Brennan declares war on promoter Barry Word. Lights isn’t opposed, but he does have a suggestion. Meanwhile, Word has one last prefight word for Lights, and Theresa runs into Death Row’s wife, Jennifer (Reiko Aylesworth).

The Good Wife | 10pm on CBS
“Wrongful Termination”
To Lockhart/Gardner’s disbelief, Louis Canning returns to face off against Alicia once again when the firm represents families of workers who committed suicide due to miserable working conditions. Meanwhile, Cary finds out shocking information about Kalinda.

Pregnant in Heels | 10 pm on Bravo | Series Premiere
“Rope Pope, Maternity Concierge”
The real-world dramas of maternity concierge Rosie Pope unfold in this unscripted series, which tracks the pregnancy specialist as she advises privileged expecting mothers in Manhattan. First up: Pope baby-proofs a lush home and helps an author decide on a perfect name for her baby.

Body of Proof | 10 pm on ABC
“Helping Hand”
During the autopsy of a young woman murdered in a seedy hotel room, Megan is shocked to discover her own special connection to the victim. Meanwhile, after learning to her surprise of some personal challenges her colleagues are dealing with, Megan realizes how much goes on around her that she’s been missing, and takes a sudden interest, much to her colleagues’ amusement.
