Kitchen Nightmares | 8pm on FOX
“Capri”
Chef Ramsay visits The Capri Italian Restaurant in Eagle Rock, CA. Will his advice and expertise keep the restaurant from sinking, or will the restaurant’s woes be too much for even him to handle?

Friday Night Lights | 8pm on NBC
“Keep Looking”
Coach Taylor is forced to play mediator as tensions erupt in the locker room. The Lions also welcome a new player and Luke is recruited by Texas Methodist University. Meanwhile, Buddy (guest star Brad Leland) deals with the trials and tribulations of fatherhood and Becky’s dad returns. Elsewhere, counsels a troubled student named Epyck (guest star Emily Rios).

Shark Tank | 8pm on ABC
“Episode 209”
In this episode, a fireman from Arkansas brings an invention to the Shark Tank that could make millions and save lives; after creating an eco-friendly way to listen to music on the go, a duo from Chicago hope the Sharks will want to invest; a feisty, combative entrepreneur from Montclair, New Jersey seeks to cash in on the lucrative wedding business; and a man from Oklahoma hopes the Sharks will smell the money when he pitches his unique male-oriented brand of candles.

Smallville | 8pm on The CW
“Prophecy”
Clark takes Lois to the Fortress to get Jor-El’s (voiced by Terrance Stamp) blessing for their marriage. Jor-El bestows a unique wedding gift on the couple – he gives Lois Clark’s super powers so she can see what it’s like to be him for a day. Unfortunately, the Toyman (guest star Chris Gautheir) has returned to Metropolis, so Lois must go up against the notorious villain instead of Clark. Meanwhile, Oliver searches for the Bow of Orion, which he believes will remove the Omega symbol from his skull, and runs into Kara (guest star Laura Vandervoort), who is also on a mission to stop Darkseid.
