“Lost in Translation”
Mel has an important deal with a Japanese businessman and asks Joe to teach her Japanese. When the businessman’s son arrives in his place and speaks no English, Joe has to translate between the two. When the Japanese businessman develops a romantic interest in Mel, Joe sabotages the translation. Meanwhile, Lennox is forced to work with her ex-best friend on a school project, and Ryder tries to mediate.

Georgia tries to reunite Aunt Honey with her estranged best friend, Patrice, in the wake of her concerns about her own friendship with Jo.

The couples, armed solely with a compass, must find their supplies and the materials that will enable them to cross Lake Arenal in Costa Rica and journey to serpent-filled Snake Island. There, they sort through snakes amidst a plane wreck in order to cross the finish line. Some relationships survive, while others wither away.

“There’s Only One Way to Try a Case”
The fourth season of DAMAGES finds Patty and Ellen embroiled in a wrongful-death suit against a private military contractor, Howard T. Erickson (John Goodman). Erickson has made a fortune supplying the U.S. Government with security forces in Afghanistan and is protected by his connections within the highest echelons of power in Washington, D.C. Chris Sanchez (Chris Messina), a decorated soldier who now works for the security firm, is drawn into the web of intrigue when Ellen and Patty set their sights on his corrupt employer. Complicating matters is Jerry Boorman (Dylan Baker), a shadowy opportunist with ties to both Erickson and the Middle East who is intimately involved in the season-long conspiracy at the heart of the lawsuit.

The seventh (and final) season begins with Tommy’s family life being shaken up by Sheila and the pregnant Janet, who are now best friends. (“We bonded,” Sheila says.) Meanwhile, Black Shawn wants to take his relationship with Colleen to the next level; Mickey and Teddy go into business together; and Damien is still in a chair in the wake of his on-the-job accident.

The series following the San Francisco Giants as they try to defend their 2010 World Series title premieres with a look at how an injury to Barry Zito allowed for Ryan Vogelsong to return to the majors for his best season yet, and what the franchise will do regarding Zito’s return from the DL. “Spousal Support”
Fran joins a support group when she’s bothered by an older, wealthy client’s doting on Peter, and realizes that some wounds from the divorce are still fresh.
