BONES at Comic-Con: Look Back to 2010!

July 22, 2011 by

As many BONES fans know, the show and its quasi-spinoff THE FINDER were supposed to be holding their panels right now at Comic-Con. Unfortunately, the panel was canceled earlier this week, so we’re going to have to wait a teeny bit longer for more news on season 7.

While this is in no way going to be the same, Give Me My Remote is looking back at our coverage of last year’s BONES panel to help you get your fix. If you want to relive what went down in 2010, take a look at our live chat from the panel, a press room interview with BONES creator Hart Hanson and some face time with series stars David Boreanaz (Booth) and Emily Deschanel (Brennan).

Crazy to see the difference a year makes, right?!

You’re right, it doesn’t fill the Bones-shaped hole left in my heart, but it does make it feel better 🙂

    Marissa,

I have always thought of you as the Biggest Fangirl Reporter for Bones. You are one of the reasons why the series became successful because of your passion for what the series was about.

But I must pay you a bigger compliment than that.

Not only are you a good reporter but you are one classy and noble lady. I have noticed in every interview or monitering the weekly chat session that you treat everyone with a great deal of respect and that you have a genuine concern for them as people and fans. You try to give the fans what they want even when there is nothing really to give.

What you did at Comic Con for the fans/people who did not know that the panel was cancelled is just another huge example of how big your heart is. I know it’s not easy breaking bad news but I’m sure you did it with a lot of compassion in your heart.

This is my 3rd or 4th year following you at GMMR and they are so lucky to have you on their staff. I also seriously hope that HH, SN and other casts members see what you have done for the series and give you a big private interview of your own. I know that isn’t why you do the things you do but you deserve every good thing that happens in your life.

    Dan Kelley

What a lovely comment, Drippan! You can’t even begin to understand how Marisa is appreciated here at GMMR! As for that big private BONES one-on-one…she is SO overdue!
