If you are a HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER fan who was intrigued by the photo of Robin and Barney dancing from the upcoming season premiere, you’re going to love the teaser for the special one-hour season premiere.

Not only are the duo tearing up the dance floor, but the voice-over also teases a wedding (future Barney? Or perhaps they just mean Punchy?) and a hookup.

Will it be Robin and Barney? Who knows. But once again, CBS is pushing their relationship angle, so let’s hope there is some sort of payoff…

    It looks like they only want us to think that Barney and Robin hook up again. It seems to be too good to be true.
    And is it just me or does it look like it is NOT Barney’s wedding after all?
    I always just assumed that Barney would be the one getting married, and Punchy’s (that’s his name, right? Ted’s strange friend) wedding would be shown a little later in the show.
    But there is an actual bride in the background once, and Barney is trying to pick up a woman so that doesn’t really add up.

    Whoa to bad I can’t see the promo, but I think, that most likly everything will be on Punchys wedding and only the part where Barney and Ted are sitting on the bed and talk, that will be on Barneys wedding.
    I hope that Barney and Robin will marry, but I don’t think those two will hook anytime soon.
    I can’t wait to see the new season.

    Well, we know Robin’s not the bride in those clips, so here’s hoping it’s not Barney’s wedding! I’m excited for a one-hour episode. Can’t wait!

    Ohhhh I hope Barney marries Robyn, they are great together!!!! Don’t want to see him marrying Nora…bliaaxxx, she is too cold and different character for Barney where Robyn is unreal and a Barney kinda gal!!!!!!
