THE BIG BANG THEORY is back!
While CBS has unfortunately spoiled a little too much about the resolution of the “Penny and Raj slept together!” story with a particularly spoilery clip from the first episode (which is not included here), there is plenty more to look forward to in the special one-hour block of episodes.

Every time I watch this show, I’m reminded of why I don’t usually watch : The character of Penny makes me want to gouge my eyes out so I can stuff them in my ears. The writing is so terrible, and what’s even more annoying is the laugh track–trying to tell me that her jokes are funny. They aren’t.
As far as the guys, I laughed a couple of times (like when Leonard’s mom was giving him advice and when Leonard was telling Sheldon about all of the times he’s overreacted, and when Amy said something like ” a girl in my trundle bed and a boy at my door. I wish I could tell 13 year old me that it does get better), but I thought even most of their moments fell flat.
I think all in all, I’ll feel fine skipping this show again this year.
