About Last Night…THE X FACTOR, LAST MAN STANDING and UNFORGETTABLE

It’s weird to only watch three episodes of television in a night, but THE X FACTOR had an 150-minute episode, so that should count for something, right?

Let’s talk Tuesday night TV!

While I had some serious issues with the people in THE X FACTOR‘s top 17, I don’t think there was a possible better top 12. Thank you, Simon, for finally getting rid of Simone and Tiah, because there was no contest between their abilities and the three girls who are left. However, the problem with liking the entire top 12 is I’m not sure who I want to win! Who are you guys leaning towards?

The newly-renewed UNFORGETTABLE threw a nice little twist at the end of the episode when Carrie’s mother recognized “Jonathan” from a sketch of the guy Carrie recently remembered from her sister’s case. Of course, given the state of her mother’s memory, it could be another 6 episodes before we make progress on that.

I’ll admit it: I watched LAST MAN STANDING last night. It’s not a show that I will watch every week given that I generally have several other shows during that timeslot, but I’m a sucker for Halloween episodes. And how can you not love Hector Elizondo? His “Monster Mash” dance made me literally laugh out loud.
