November 23, 2011 by

You may be traveling to your Thanksgiving destination, but don’t forget there’s some great TV on tonight! I’ll be tuning into THE MIDDLE, MODERN FAMILY and (my favorite new TV show of the season) REVENGE.

Check out what’s on tonight, and let us know what you’ll be watching this Wednesday!

Survivor | 8pm on CBS
“A Closer Look”
Never-before-seen moments give an inside look into the castaways and their decisions made during the game so far.

The X-Factor | 8pm on Fox
Two of the remaining finalists from the four categories – Boys, Girls, Over 30s and Groups – are sent home as the votes are revealed LIVE on a special Wednesday results show. Plus, Kelly Clarkson and Bruno Mars are set to perform.

Up All Night | 8pm on NBC
“Week Off”
When the Ava show takes a break, Reagan is thrilled to spend the week at home with Amy, but her type-A personality and defiant sense of justice upset the delicate balance of Chris’s neighborhood social life. Meanwhile, Ava tries to win over Kevin’s (guest star Jason Lee) daughter by giving her vocal lessons for a performance at school.

The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“Thanksgiving III”
Frankie’s parents, Pat and Tag, invite the Hecks to spend a few days at their house to celebrate Thanksgiving together. But the festivities begin to fall apart quickly when Frankie’s sister, Janet, and her family also join in, and soon the siblings are at each other’s throats over their widely differing parenting techniques. Meanwhile, Mike tries to offer some advice to Axl on how to pick up girls when he witnesses his son trying to impress a pretty mini-mart cashier – and fails miserably; Brick attempts to prove his innocence when he is accused by Janet of damaging her daughter’s expensive toy; and Sue is stoked when Frankie, Pat and Janet invite her to take part in their gossip sessions.

Suburgatory | 8:30pm on ABC
“Thanksgiving”
Depressed that she has to spend Thanksgiving in the suburbs, Tessa convinces Dallas to take her to the city for a girls’ day out. During their fun day, they run across George making out with a woman while he was supposed to be “working.” Angry with George for lying to her, Tessa confronts him during the Royces’ Thanksgiving dinner. Meanwhile Lisa refuses to wear a special dress Sheila picked out for her, so Sheila decides to literally turn up the heat.

The Biggest Loser | 9pm on NBC
“The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now? Special (2011)”
In this inspiring Thanksgiving special unlike any before on “The Biggest Loser,” viewers can catch up with some of their favorite contestants ever, but they’ll also be treated to never-before-seen footage and – for the first time ever – hilarious bloopers featuring the trainers, host Alison Sweeney and the contestants. And trainers Bob Harper, Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince will all be on hand to share their thoughts about the current season of the show. Fan favorites like Abby Rike, Tara Costa, O’Neal Hampton and season five winner Ali Vincent will reveal what they’re up to now, along with season eight champ Danny Cahill, season 11 winner Olivia Ward, and other popular players. One contestant makes a big surprise announcement, and cameras will also follow trainer Bob Harper through “a day in the life.” Plus, cooking expert Aida Mollenkamp will prepare a healthy Thanksgiving feast for the trainers and past season contestants, and share great cooking tips as well.

Mobbed | 9pm on Fox
Host Howie Mandel and thousands of strangers will help a father plan an extraordinary surprise for a family member in the one-hour special MOBBED. The unknowing participant will be shocked and stunned by a surprise performance that will lead to a reunion with a family member, with an unpredictable outcome. Throughout the hour, the guests will be seen getting ready for the event, rehearsing their routines and refining their speeches. Then, on the day of the big affair – with the hidden cameras rolling – the detailed plan comes to fruition and suddenly explodes into an unforgettable song-and-dance spectacle. [Have you seen our chat with Howie Mandel about the return of the show?]

Modern Family | 9pm on ABC
“Punkin Chunkin”
When an old neighborhood kid returns to town as a hugely successful internet billionaire, it gets Phil thinking of what could have been. Jay feels Manny could use a little dose of constructive criticism, and Cameron is offended when Mitchell questions the authenticity of his colorful childhood stories. It all comes to a head at Thanksgiving with the family divided between the “Dreamers” and the “Pritchetts” — and nothing settles the score like a punkin chunkin challenge

America’s Next Top Model: All-Stars | 9pm on The CW
“Highlights”
Rewind and review the challenges, photo shoots and dramatic personalities that make up the All-Star cycle of “Top Model.”

Revenge | 10pm on ABC
