About Last Night…THE X FACTOR and BONES

While there might be very little on TV these days, this is also the time of the year when there are five million work events to go to a week. (I know, poor little reporter girl.) While that’s all good and fun, that also means I only get to watch a little TV per night.

But there’s still plenty of things to talk about from THE X FACTOR and BONES, so let’s talk about those two shows…

These double eliminations are killer on THE X FACTOR, aren’t they? While I enjoy Marcus and Chris, I figured they’d be the ones to go home. Color me shocked that Astro got the lowest number of votes. I figured if America was going to hold his behavior against him, they would have done it last week. As for Drew…look, I think she’s talented, but I didn’t think she was going to win, and given her agony the entire elimination show, it might have been kinder that she just went home this week, versus being in the bottom three and crying her head off for several weeks.

I really enjoyed finally getting to dig a little deeper into Booth’s relationship with his father on BONES, albeit, it was after the man had passed away. While I certainly wish Parker and/or Jared had made an appearance in the episode, the scenes between David Boreanaz and Ralph Waite were just so well done. Now, can we please learn a little bit about Booth’s mother? [For more on BONES, check out Sarah’s recap!]

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to watch THE OFFICE last night like I had planned. Did you guys enjoy it?
