Tonight’s a big night for GLEE fans: It’s the last Regionals for seniors, including Finn, Rachel and Kurt. Who will win? What will they sing? You’ll have to tune in to find out.

“Psych Out”
When a high-level security Navy reservist is found dead, Gibbs goes face-to-face with Dr. Samantha Ryan (guest star Jamie Lee Curtis) of the PsyOps Division to uncover the truth behind the potential suicide. Meanwhile, DiNozzo argues with accounting after seeing McGee’s paycheck.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 8”
This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation involving their favorite foods, with the winner gaining game-changing power to arrange the two teams however they like – and remain anonymous. After an unpopular decision is made to switch up the teams, tensions rise and suspicion grows about the real identity of the temptation winner. Then, the red and black teams race against time and each other to assemble a giant puzzle on top of eight-foot tall blocks, with the winning team getting a very special prize. Later, after a drama-fueled weigh-in and elimination, another contestant is sent home.

“On My Way”
Things heat up as the New Directions go head-to-head with the Dalton Academy Warblers at Regionals. [Have you seen the pictures from “On My Way”?]

Last Man Standing | 8pm on ABC
“Baxter & Sons”
When Mike finds out that his younger brother, Jimmy (guest star Mike Rowe), and their father, Bud (guest star Robert Forster), will bid on building a new Outdoor Man store, sibling rivalries between the two competitive brothers surface. Things get more heated when the brothers take a meeting with a loan officer (guest star Frankie Muniz). Meanwhile, Mandy, Eve and Kristin think Bud should have a girlfriend and help him create an online profile.

Cougar Town | 8:30pm on ABC
“A Mind with a Heart of its Own”
Jules ends up asking both Ellie and Laurie to be her “co-maids” of honor because she can’t stand to hurt anyone’s feelings; and Grayson tries to ask Chick (guest star Ken Jenkins) for Jules’ hand in marriage formally, but Chick decides to have a little fun in the process.

As the search continues for Emmet and his crew, the Magus comes across one of Emmet’s crew members who went missing alongside Emmet. They soon discover that he’s been cursed and learn the mystical story behind the curse, which is now a matter of life and death. Lincoln faces a challenge when the rest of the crew want to leave their plagued colleague behind to continue the mission, and he must try to be their moral compass.

Bridget encounters Dylan (guest star Misha Collins), who was an important part of the sisters’ past. As Jimmy and Sabrina’s relationship continues to grow, they both begin to realize that they’ve been hiding some of their habits from each other.
