There’s no new COUGAR TOWN tonight, which means I’ll be enjoying a Big Carl-size glass of wine to ease the pain.

Luckily, though, there are some other great shows to watch, including THE BIGGEST LOSER, RAISING HOPE and NEW GIRL.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“The Good Son”
Director Vance’s brother-in-law is the lead suspect when Gibbs and the NCIS team investigate the murder of a petty officer.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 13”
To address the excuse “exercise is boring,” trainer Dolvett Quince spices things up by taking contestants to a Zumba class, and trainer Bob Harper takes the players mountain biking. In this week’s pop challenge, the seven remaining contestants try to load boxes of food on to seven trucks, with the contestant who finishes first getting the chance to pay it forward by donating the products to their hometown food bank. Then a cooking challenge that begins at the market and ends at the ranch finds the contestants racing against time to whip up a healthy, tasty and creative dish. Their judges will be season 12 fan favorites Antone, Becky and Vinny, who stick around to get better acquainted with the contestants before another weigh-in and elimination sends a player home.

Raising Hope | 8pm on Fox
“Hogging All the Glory”
When attention-seeking Sarah Louise (guest star Vivica A. Fox) announces her plans to run for another term as chairperson of the Natesville church group, Burt decides to run against her. To test Burt’s ability to handle a community task, Sarah Louise assigns him pig-sitting duties for a blind church member. But when the guide pig accidentally becomes family dinner, Burt must find and train a replacement pig before Sarah Louise finds out and ruins his chances of being elected.

“The Story So Far”

“Blue Ivy”
PJ proposes to Naomi and Annie discovers he needs to get married in order to get the rest of his trust fund. Dixon confesses to Navid that he signed a record contract but admits he did not tell Adrianna because the label didn’t want to sign her. Dixon also accepts a gig to play back up for Haley Reinhart, but doesn’t tell Adrianna. Liam asks Vanessa to move out and discovers she has emptied their joint bank account.

When the body of a Navy Intel Officer is found, evidence points to a team of Navy SEALs who are about to depart on a hostage rescue mission, leaving former Navy SEAL Sam Hanna to interrogate the group and possibly compromise the mission.

New Girl | 9pm on Fox
“Fancyman (Pt. 2)”
Jess’ sophisticated date with Russell (guest star Dermot Mulroney) doesn’t go as planned. Meanwhile, Nick’s college friend visits and brings out Nick’s inner frat boy to help him get over his break-up with Julia. Also, Winston panics when Shelby goes on a “girls” vacation and Schmidt and Cece try to keep their relationship under the covers, but one of the friends finds out their secret.

Dancing with the Stars | 9pm on ABC
“Episode 1402a”
Country superstars Sugarland and talented singer songwriter Matt Nathanson join in on the fun for the Season Premiere of “Dancing with the Stars the Results Show.” Nathanson will perform his latest single, “Run,” featuring Sugarland in a special performance accompanied by pro dancers Tristan MacManus and Peta Murgatroyd. Sugarland will return to the stage for a second performance of infectious track “Find the Beat Again,” accompanied by four members of this season’s Troupe. Season 14’s Troupe returns with two new members, Henry Byalikov and Emma Slater. During Tuesday night’s show, the Troupe will be joined by the professional dancers of the season for an amazing performance, and by evening’s end the first couple will be sent home.

Bridget decides that the only way she will feel safe is if she testifies against Bodaway Macawi. Agent Machado gets suspended from the FBI, while Henry grows impatient with Siobhan’s plan and tells her she needs to let go of her revenge plot or they cannot be together.

“Game of Jones”
A suspicious Molly questions the existence of Contra’s top international sales rep. So Oz scrambles to prove that “Mr. Jones” is an actual person. Meanwhile, Veronica enlists Cameron to help her make friends in the office and Cash gets advice on women from an unlikely source.

“Allegiances”
Carrie’s personal and professional lives collide when her boyfriend, the son of a mob boss, is revealed to have ties to suspects in a murder investigation.

Fashion Star | 9:30pm on NBC
“Here Comes Summer”
The remaining 12 designers look into the future to create a summer trend for their brand. First the designers meet with trend reporters from Macy’s, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue to learn the fashion summer forecast. For the challenge, the designers must create a look that incorporates the summer trends. Some will win big, while others will miss the mark and leave the mentors wondering who they are as a designer. The winning creations will be available online immediately and in stores the following day.

Body of Proof | 10pm on ABC
“Going Viral, Part 1”
When scores of people start dying from similar symptoms, the team is faced with a city-wide outbreak of an unknown virus and no one safe – including Megan and her team. Center for Disease Control (CDC) Officer Charlie Stafford (guest star Luke Perry) takes over the case to figure out not just what caused the outbreak, but who.

Justified | 10pm on FX
“Measures”
While Raylan squares off with a pair of Detroit hit men, the battle between Boyd and Quarles comes to a head.
