The NCIS investigation of a fire on a Navy vessel reveals evidence that elevates security at all U.S. Navy facilities worldwide. Meanwhile, DiNozzo and Ziva travel to Italy when an explosive device is found hidden on a Navy ship.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC | Season 13 Finale

In this must-see, exciting live finale, the contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time – and show America how much weight they’ve all lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. Those who have been eliminated will compete for the $100,000 “at home” prize. Navid suspects that Liam and Silver hooked up, so he decides to confront Liam on the red carpet of a movie premiere. Annie and Caleb fight their attraction to one another but finally give into temptation. Meanwhile, Naomi has been hired to plan the wedding of an heiress and discovers she knows the groom a little too well, and Austin enlists his dad, Judd Ridge (guest star Billy Ray Cyrus) to be help launch Adrianna’s country career.

“Southern Accents”
Jules has a hard time accepting that Holly is part of her life, a situation that does not improve after she finds out that Holly and Travis made out; Andy wants to run for mayor, so he can change the town rules against weddings on the beach (something Jules has her heart set on), but Ellie won’t let him; and Laurie tries to convince Bobby he’s just socially inept, not prejudiced, after he blurts out some awkward comments at the cake shop.

“Do Something”

Alicia’s not having any luck with her dancing auditions, so she takes a different approach by attending a party with a D-list actor (guest star Aaron Abrams). Meanwhile, after presenting an impressive demo at the studio, Tariq is offered the chance to produce a track with the infamous rapper Kaldrick King. However, Tariq quickly realizes that this new role won’t be easy.

Fashion Star | 10pm on NBC
“What’s Your Campaign?”
The designers are tasked with creating a brand campaign for their collections. Celebrity mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos work directly with the designers to provide insight into what makes a successful imaging campaign. One designer gets criticized for using their own likeness while another designer completely ignores Simpson’s advice. The contestants that do not get bids from the retailers and fail to impress the celebrity mentors will find themselves facing elimination. The winning designs will be available online immediately and in stores the following day.

Private Practice | 10pm on ABC
“True Colors”
Addison, Pete and the team treat an illegal immigrant facing deportation who self-induces her pregnancy so that her child will be a U.S. citizen; Cooper and Violet work with a young girl who has gender identity disorder – and with her parents – and Violet wants to continue therapy with Pete before they begin dating again.
