Mondays got a little bit busier — and a little bit better — as TNT starts off the final batch of THE CLOSER episodes and debuts the new series PERCEPTION.

The Bachelorette | 8pm on ABC
“Episode 809”
Romantic adventures await Emily and the final three bachelors – Arie, Jef and Sean – as they travel to the tropical paradise of Curacao with the impending possibility of intimate overnight dates. There’s electricity and passion in the air during of these sand and surf excursions, as Emily continues to explore what her future would be like with each one of these potential partners. She is faced with extending an invitation to each bachelor to spend the night in a “fantasy suite.” However will this single mom trade her conscience in exchange for much needed private time with her bachelors?

Hell’s Kitchen | 8pm on Fox
“10 Chefs Compete”
Chef Ramsay once again pits the Blue Team against the Red Team in a high-stakes culinary challenge that forces the chefs to think on their feet. As he whittles down the playing field, Chef Ramsay adds to the intensity by inviting three very special diners to dinner service. Tune in to see who gives their special guests the VIP treatment and who chokes under the pressure.

Fear Factor | 9pm on NBC
“Leeches & Shaved Heads & Tear Gas, Oh My! – Part 1”
Contestants must put on a brave face when they are pushed to their limits in hopes of winning $100,000. In the first stunt, contestants are ripped off a cliff’s edge and sent hurtling into space on a bungee line attached to a helicopter 500 feet away. Highlights from subsequent stunts include contestants being submerged in a tub full of leeches before having to consume 10 leeches; teammates working their way up a five-story building engulfed in flames, before being rocketed off the roof in an enormous explosion; and, teams facing their fears as they are confronted with the challenge of being tear gassed, tattooed or having their head and eyebrows shaved. Amy and Ricky’s friends and family want to throw them a wedding reception despite their protests.

Masterchef | 9pm on Fox
“Top Nine Compete”
The remaining nine amateur cooks are faced with one of the most intimidating mystery box ingredients to date – “uni,” otherwise known as sea urchin. In a surprising twist, the contestants must incorporate the spiky culinary delicacy into their creations, and the amateur cook who presents the most exceptional uni dish will earn a significant advantage in the next round. Later in the elimination challenge, the winner of the mystery box challenge will assign each of the remaining contestants one of eight different types of fish.

American Ninja Warrior | 9pm on NBC
“Finals”
Picking up from last night’s episode on G4, top finishers from the NBC regional finals tackle the ultimate challenge – a four stage course modeled after the famed ‘Mount Midoriyama’ course in Japan. Tonight’s competitors take on Stage 1, a punishing 8 obstacle course that includes a Jumping Spider, Half Pipe Attack and Spinning Bridge. Only the competitors skilled enough to conquer all 8 obstacles will move onto Stage 2. Comedian Matt Iseman and Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley host and Angela Sun (“Yahoo! Sports Minute”) reports from the sidelines as the competitors continue in their quest for the $500,000 cash prize and the chance to win the first “American Ninja Warrior” title.

The Closer | 9pm on TNT
“Hostile Witness”
The seventh and final season resumes with Brenda tangling with her nemesis, lawyer and suspected rapist-murderer Philip Stroh. Brenda pulls a shock-and-awe courtroom maneuver that may jeopardize an entire case, putting her at odds with the new D.A.

Bunheads | 9pm on ABC Family
“Better Luck Next Year”
Michelle tries to settle into a new living situation, while Fanny is obsessing over details in preparation for the Joffrey Ballet Summer Program auditions.

Eureka | 9pm on Syfy
“Double Take”
The town’s communications systems go haywire because the SmartDust control unit is broken. Meanwhile, the bio-printer vanishes; and Holly behaves strangely.

Perception | 10pm on TNT | Series Premiere
“Pilot”
An offbeat neuroscience professor suffering from paranoid schizophrenia works with the FBI to crack intricate cases in this crime drama. In the series premiere, the professor zeros in on the death of a pharmaceutical executive.

Lost Girl | 10pm on Syfy
“Masks”
Lauren learns that Nadia is cursed; Kenzi plans a surprise birthday party for Bo; Bo and Dyson seek an artifact that may release Lauren from her life of servitude to the Fae.

The Glass House | 10:02pm on ABC
“Episode 104”
Following the elimination of either Erica or Robin, the remaining players navigate the field in a game called “Lab-A-Doodle,” where balance, control and teamwork play a factor in how the teams of five avoid obstacles and move balls across the arena into receptacles in the quickest time. Later, two new contestants will be put into limbo and it is up to the viewers to decide who is voted back into the house and who is sent home permanently.
