Three series premieres tonight (ARROW, CHICAGO FIRE, and NASHVILLE), and two of them made the list of drama shows I’m most excited for…so do me a solid and at least check them out?

The X Factor | 8pm on Fox
“Boot Camp #3/Judge’s House #1”
The remaining contestants learn their fate – as the 24 acts that make it through “Boot Camp” are revealed and earn a place in one of four mentored categories, moving on to the “Judges’ Homes” round. Then, THE X FACTOR producers reveal to the judges – Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, L.A. Reid and Britney Spears – the category that each of them will mentor and they will each begin working with their six acts.

Arrow | 8pm on The CW | Series Premiere
“Pilot”
After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. Back in Starling City, Oliver slowly reconnects with those closest to him, his devoted mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland), and best friend Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell), but struggles with his ex-girlfriend Dinah “Laurel” Lance (Katie Cassidy), who blames him for her sister’s death. Oliver has brought back many new skills from his time on the island and despite the watchful eye of his new bodyguard John Diggle (David Ramsey), Oliver manages to secretly create the persona of Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family and fight the ills of society. As Arrow, Oliver will atone for the past sins of his family while he searches for the personal redemption he needs.


The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“Bunny Therapy”
When Brick develops yet another quirky tic that begins to overshadow his whispering, Frankie and Mike are urged by the school therapist, Dr. Fulton (Dave Foley), to get him a small pet so that he can learn to bond with it, which in turn will help him bond with people. But when they present Brick with an ill-tempered bunny, the tiny animal teaches the Heck family the true meaning of evil. Meanwhile, as the Homecoming dance approaches, Axl finds himself dating cheerleaders Courtney and Debbie – but he doesn’t know which one of them is actually his girlfriend — and Sue tries out for school mascot.

Animal Practice | 8pm on NBC
“Dr. Yamamazing”
Dr. Yamamoto (Bobby Lee) performs a successful emergency surgery on the Mayor’s dog and becomes a media darling, much to George’s (Justin Kirk) dismay. Meanwhile, Dorothy (JoAnna Garcia Swisher), hires an accomplished new doctor at the hospital, Dr. Jill Leiter (June Diane Raphael, Upright Citizens Brigade), who is beautiful, tough, and sure to keep George on his toes.

Guys With Kids | 8:30pm on NBC
“The Stand-Off”
Gary’s (Anthony Anderson) inability to effectively communicate with his son leads to unconventional disciplinary measures. Elsewhere, when Chris (Jesse Bradford) faces difficulty getting his son sleep trained, Marny (Tempestt Bledsoe) imposes her services. Meanwhile, a school project brings out some unhealthy competition in Nick (Zach Cregger).

The Neighbors | 8:30pm on ABC
“Things Just Got Real”
Marty and Debbie decide to make plans with their human friends after Larry and Jackie have become too entangled in their daily lives. The Weavers do their best to un-invite the Bird-Kersees, explaining they’re afraid their friends won’t be accepting of the aliens. But that doesn’t stop Larry and Jackie from crashing Marty’s’ poker night and Debbie’s girls’ night on the town — with hilarious results.

Modern Family | 9 and 9:30pm on ABC
“Schooled”/”Snip”
The day has arrived for Phil and Claire to drop Haley off at college, which is a difficult moment for any parent, but it’s made worse when they manage to really embarrass Haley. Meanwhile, Manny forces Jay and Gloria to take a baby class — they humor him and go, but end up being a bit of a disruption; and Mitch and Cam drop Lily off for the first day of kindergarten, but when she gets into a tussle with another little boy, they end up having a meeting with the boy’s confrontational lesbian parents.

In “Snip,” Phil and Claire have a five-year plan, and that’s to vacation and enjoy life once Luke leaves for college. In order to keep all that on track, Phil is going in for a vasectomy. Meanwhile, Jay and Gloria disagree about whether or not to find out the sex of the baby; Gloria is in denial about needing maternity clothes; and now that Lily’s in kindergarten, Mitchell tries to gently steer Cameron towards a part-time job to occupy all his extra time

Supernatural | 9pm on The CW
“What’s Up, Tiger Mommy?”
Kevin (guest star Osric Chau) talks Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) into checking in on his mother (guest star Lauren Tom). When they arrive, they see that Crowley (guest star Mark Sheppard) has surrounded her with demons so they rescue her and take her along on their quest to find the tablet. However, they soon discover Kevin wasn’t kidding when he said his mother was a strong-willed woman after she tries to take on Crowley.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit | 9pm on NBC
“Twenty-Five Acts”
The young author of a wildly successful S&M romance novel (Chlumsky) goes home with a famous television show host (Bart), who forces himself on her. Detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Rollins (Kelli Giddish) work to convince the victim to file charges, with the assistance of a brash new Manhattan District Attorney (guest star Raul Esparza.) As the SVU squad digs into her background to uncover potential trial pitfalls, Detective Amaro (Danny Pino) uncovers a secret that threatens to destroy the young woman’s career as well as her case.

Criminal Minds | 9:01pm on CBS
“The Pact”
When the bodies of two seemingly unrelated victims are found just hours apart in San Diego and Los Angeles respectively, the BAU suspects that that not one, but two killers are working together to commit these murders.

Nashville | 10pm on ABC | Series Premiere
“Pilot”
Rayna learns that her record label wants her to tour as the opening act for newcomer Juliette Barnes, and when she refuses, the stage is set for the ultimate power struggle for popularity. Complicating matters, Lamar’s drive for power results in backing Teddy in a run for Mayor of Nashville, against Rayna’s wishes.

Chicago Fire | 10pm on NBC | Series Premiere
“Pilot”
When a fire claims one of their own, there’s plenty of guilt and blame to go around. Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer), in charge of the Truck, tries to carry on, but butts heads with the brash Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) of the Rescue Squad – and each blames the other for their fallen team member. Adding to the turmoil, Casey, unbeknownst to his colleagues, is in the midst of a separation from Hallie (Teri Reeves, “Three Rivers”). The firehouse also includes: Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman’s fireman who is confronted by important personal decisions; paramedics Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) and Leslie Shay (Lauren German), who share a close bond and team together to face some of the most harrowing situations imaginable; Peter Mills (Charlie Barnett), an academy graduate who is the latest generation in a family of firefighters; and Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg), a seasoned veteran who loses his home to foreclosure and now must uproot his family to move in with his in-laws.

CSI | 10pm on CBS
“Code Blue Plate Special”
The CSIs arrive at their favorite diner only to discover a gruesome crime scene with eight dead victims and a lot of questions.

The Soup | 10pm on E!
A weekly recap of various pop culture and television show moments of the week. The show is hosted by Joel McHale (COMMUNITY), who provides sarcastic and biting commentary on the hottest celeb news events and goofiest reality clips.
