Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

THE FLASH: It’s been fascinating to see how the structure of the season really has had to change to account for “Crisis” ending the season for these shows. In many ways, this didn’t feel like a traditional mid-season finale—it felt like they moved up the pacing, and it’s really helped the show tell stronger stories.

THE VOICE: It’s a shame Marybeth was in the bottom 3, because she was one of the best performances of the top 10, but absolutely zero complaints about who went home. Shane and Joana had a similar set of problems: they often picked the wrong songs and did way, way too many runs.

ARROW: There are still a few episodes left of the season, but, at least right now, this has definitely been my favorite season of the show. Oliver saying goodbye to everyone was beautifully bittersweet—and held a little more weight because the show is on the verge of ending. Even if he somehow does make it out of Crisis, these characters won’t be together on our screens for long.
