Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE LAST DANCE: In an era before reality TV was everywhere, it’s extraordinary to have this much access/footage to a sports season that ended up being so important. I really love what modern day teams have done in this field (the Dodgers have multiple docushows that run during the regular season), but this continues to blow my mind. And A+ chyrons to the team. I can’t wait to see more.

THE SIMPSONS: Look…Homer would fit in well with Cletus.

WESTWORLD: I was actually okay with not revisiting the Man in Black again after his goodbye with Dolores, but if we had to return to this storyline, I’m really glad we got to see Jimmi Simpson again.

And holy moly, that final shot of a burned up Charlotte was intense and badass. Cannot imagine how bad things are about to get now.

BOB’S BURGERS: “LOST was really popular when we were born.” OH MY GOD. I didn’t even think about the number of Sawyers that might be running around who were named after the LOST character. The episode was cute, but nothing made me laugh like that. (I miss you, LOST.)

ZOEY’S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST: Okay, it’s probably unfair to have anyone do a duet with Renee Elise Goldsberry, who is just bonkers talented.

Watching Zoey go through the anger phase of grief was tough, but I’m glad she was able to help her parents have their moment at the end.

I’m struggling with Simon, to be honest. While he was absolutely correct to push back when Zoey threw herself at him, his decision to ask her out immediately after he ended an engagement and when he was emotionally vulnerable was…questionable, at best.

FAMILY GUY: Peter working from home was really timely, but there were a lot of jokes that made me cringe this episode.
