Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: This episode felt much smoother than the first week of live shows, if only because it felt like they utilized Universal Studios significantly more responsibly.

That being said, there were a bunch of only okay performances. No thank you, BONAVEGA. Kameron Ross was in way over his head.

For the highlights: The Shape was impressive, as were BAD Salsa. (Though I’m a bit worried about BAD feeling a bit disconnected since they’re not in LA; I’m not sure why that is.) But what really made me happy was Alexis Brownley & The Puppy Pals. They were all just pure joy.

I love, because of the virus, the audience is virtual, because I just can’t stand it when you have a great singer, the crowd starts yelling and clapping during the performance. I want to hear the singing, and it’s extremely rude to make noise while someone is singing. When you have the audience on virtual, you have control over the noise. I wish it would stay like that, even when the virus is over.
