About Last Night…THE VOICE and TRANSPLANT
November 11, 2020 by Marisa Roffman
Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!
THE VOICE: Wait, after seeing SO many no-turn chairs, we blew through multiple Battle Rounds? (Including the incredible “Whiskey Lullaby”?!) Man, that’s a bummer. I know the Blind Auditions are the biggest draw, but at least let us hear who made it to the next round, especially when the teams are this small.
TRANSPLANT: Man, I felt bad for Mags. Yes, she has a responsibility to take care of as many patients as she can, but if she genuinely thinks she may know what’s wrong with someone and is being tasked with putting a figurative band-aid over a bullet hole instead, that’s rough.
The pregnant woman with flesh-eating bacteria…my God. I was hoping she and the baby would make it through okay—I would have been significantly less confident in a show like GREY’S ANATOMY or even CHICAGO MED—but what a traumatic way to have to give birth.
