About Last Night…THE VOICE and DEBRIS

Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

THE VOICE: Ryleigh Modig started things off so strong. She was my favorite of the night, by far. But oh my God, the moment when the blind contestant didn’t know if anyone turned around. I felt SO terrible for him. (The whoosh noise when someone hits their button is added later…at least based on previous experiences in the Blind auditions.)

Also, I still have John’s freaking welcome to the team song in my head.

DEBRIS: What a delightful second episode. This is a weird thing to say when the hour included a lot of gross stuff, clones, and a whole lot of deception, but it was the perfect mix of what I want/hope this show will be. There was love (the cloned man needed to reach out to his soon-to-leave sweetheart), humor (anyone else laugh when Maddox made the crack about Bryan loving himself the most re: the clone?), a great partnership (LOVING Finola and Bryan), plus a creeeeeepy case of the week. Loving it.

Also: Peeps=DEBRIS as licorice=FRINGE?
