THE GOLDBERGS, THE MASKED SINGER, and SEAL TEAM

“A Question of Honor” – Jason’s career and freedom hang in the balance when Command accuses him of committing a horrific crime during a mission. With Bravo under a no-contact order, Jason must fight this battle without his brothers, on SEAL TEAM, Wednesday, March 24 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jessica Paré directed the episode and returns as “Mandy Ellis.” Pictured L to R: David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes and Natasha Hall as LT. CMDR Williams. Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

THE GOLDBERGS: Tonight’s episode was actually fun/good, but it was always, unfortunately, going to be overshadowed by the real-life loss of George Segal. Even when he had less to do—like this week’s episode—he was always a comedic light. He is so, so dearly going to be missed, both on this show and overall. I dread potentially having to see this family mourn Pops.

THE MASKED SINGER: Well, Danny Trejo is no Kermit. But it was also so clearly Danny Trejo, I cannot believe no one guessed him?!

SEAL TEAM: Man, I missed Mandy. Jessica Paré did a great job directing, and I hope we can get her back in a more significant arc going forward.

I’m really curious how far they’re going to take this case against Jason. The charge being upped to murder is so serious, even if we know that wasn’t the case. And as Mandy pointed out, he’s not someone who can handle civilian life for an extended period of time…at least now. I wonder how Bravo will step up to help him out of this…

Last night reinforced the showrunner’s big mistake of ending Mandy’s/Jessica’s character as a series regular. She brings clarity and allows for the viewer to understand Jason better—as Jason said so twice in last night’s episode, “you know me so well.” This seems like this could be an opportunity to reintroduce her character back into the fold more. It was be extremely unfortunate if they squander this chance. Fans want her back! On another note, Jessica did a fantastic job in her directorial debut and hope she does more with SEAL Team!
