Abigail Spencer is reprising her role of Dr. Megan Hunt on GREY’S ANATOMY season 18, a rep for the show confirmed.

Spencer previously appeared in a half-dozen episodes of the ABC medical drama as Owen’s (formerly presumed dead) sister. She last guest starred on the show in season 15. (She also recurred on GREY’S ANATOMY boss Krista Vernoff’s short-lived/underappreciated drama REBEL.)

She joins a long list of notable season 18 guest stars, including the return of Kate Walsh’s Addison Montgomery and Kate Burton’s Ellis Grey, as well as the addition of Peter Gallagher.

The Hollywood Reporter was first to report the casting.
