CHRISTMAS TAKES FLIGHT- A holiday battle of wills between pilot Jenny Beckett (Katie Lowes), and Matt Connor (Evan Williams), a number-crunching CEO who purchases Jenny’s family-owned, regional airline. Matt’s cost-cutting initiatives threaten Christmas when he cancels the airline’s annual holiday charitable benefit for underserved children. Determined to show Matt that the sweetest things in life are worth any price, Jenny rallies the community to help save the event and unexpectedly finds herself falling for the magnate in the process, on the CBS Original movie CHRISTMAS TAKES FLIGHT, Sunday, Dec. 19 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and available to stream live and on demand on the CBS app and Paramount+.

In the new CBS holiday film CHRISTMAS TAKES FLIGHT, love is in the air for Katie Lowes‘ Jenny Beckett and Evan Williams’ Matt Connor—it might just take some time for them to reach their final destination.

Initially, Jenny and Matt are at odds when he buys the airline Jenny’s family owns and he nixes their annual charity event. Jenny, who is a pilot, takes it upon herself to make the event possible, and winds up getting closer to Matt in the process.

In an exclusive clip from the film (below), Jenny and Matt talk a little bit of business, but things take a personal turn when he finds an heirloom from her mom. Unfortunately for the duo, he has a slightly different take on the token than she does…
