DOMINO MASTERS: L-R: Judges Steve Price, Vernon Davis, Danica McKellar, Host Eric Stonestreet and Team The OG Topplers in the “Qualifiers: Holidays” episode of DOMINO MASTERS airing Wednesday, March 16 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. © 2022 FOX Media LLC. CR: Ray Mickshaw/FOX.

Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

THE MASKED SINGER: Maybe it’s me, but I found the Firefly’s storming off the stage after being placed in the bottom 2 really unappealing? It’s a competition; you can’t 100% guarantee you’re going to get the votes, especially with such a small sample size (that tiny studio audience) of people weighing in.

I’m also not sure I love how they’re sectioning off the season so far. Cycling through the different groups is never easy, but if we go through multiple weeks with the other groups, these contestants will be a distant memory.

CHICAGO FIRE: Man, Violet and Hawkins are really not good at sneaking around; I thought they’d get at least one full episode in before they started to slip. (Whoops.) The optics aren’t great, and I really hope the consequences of their relationship don’t fall too heavily on Violet.

What kind of prank is post-its on a car?! Stella, you…tried. I love that it finally brought her and Seager together, though I’ve absolutely understood Stella’s general wariness about her.

DOMINO MASTERS: Okay, but can the builders snack on the candy from the build room? This is a very important question I had while watching the episode.

But, seriously, the right two groups went to the next round. While the 4th of July set-up was bonkers with the fireworks, the Halloween and Thanksgiving set-ups went off without a hitch and were the most compelling.

CHICAGO P.D.: That final Anna and Voight scene was a gut-punch; every time Voight talks about his son is hard, but after this episode…extra ow. (Also, I know Voight has seen—and done—a lot, but watching a man kill himself in front of you has to mess you up.)

Right now, it feels like Anna is quasi-doomed—because, yikes, she’s in way too deep—but I hope I’m wrong.
