Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

AMERICAN IDOL: The episode started off a bit weaker—it’s not that the performances were bad, but they just were fine. But then it felt like things kicked into another gear and Fritz Hager, Christian Guardino, Noah Thompson, Ava Maybee, and Huntergirl took it to another level.

WEAKEST LINK: It’s almost impressive how in sync the contestants were with who they voted off? They didn’t always pick the “right” people, but it was almost always unanimous, minus the person themselves. (I get why Alex wanted to go against Apple—and I was rooting for them—but it’s always funny when a stronger contestant chooses to bring a weaker one with them in the final round and it doesn’t go their way. But, uh, those final questions felt harder than normal?)

TRANSPLANT: For as much as I get why Bash and Rania wanted things to work, especially after all of this time, it felt like it was waaaay too much, too fast.

So, uh, how is Bishop going to get out of this?
