Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

DON’T FORGET THE LYRICS: Okay, Angelo’s game was insane. He was gutsy in the best ways (like, when he forgot the “the” in “Party in the USA” lyric and locked it in once he pieced it together rather than check it was actually that?!), but also was smart enough to back away when it was clear he couldn’t reach $250k. Good for him; it was a really fun episode.

BEAT SHAZAM: Leanna and Mara having experiences with ghosts… I have so many questions. SO MANY.

I feel bad they risked it all and ended up getting the Billy Joel song wrong, but they were correct: Pop is such a vague theme/topic, that it really could have been absolutely anything.

CLAIM TO FAME: Okay, it seems a little unfair that the costumes were held against them? Like, Pepper had to use her jacket, and it seemed like the judges were holding it against her and she was penalized for it. Shouldn’t they have had notes about who had what so they saw how the talent used their item rather than looking at the outfit as a whole?

Brittany was dumb to trust Dom. She knew Dom and X had been manipulating everyone, and you didn’t take the shot to save yourself? But it’s very funny she outed the Domfather nickname, because it feels like next week is going to be filled with messy drama. (Like, there’s zero reason Kai should ever trust Dom at this point. And L.C. certainly doesn’t trust her. If enough contestants team up, they might be able to outwit her.)
