Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

CHICAGO MED: Oh, hell no to Archer’s jaw. Absolutely not.

The Will and Vanessa subplot blew up way faster than I anticipated. Now, I’m curious if there will be any long-lasting ramifications for Will and Maggie, given she clearly blames him for getting her daughter entangled with this mess.

Hello to Ethan and April’s dance?! With Ethan’s exit around the corner, I hope the duo get a happily ever after…or as close to one as possible in the MED world.

Crockett being famous could be amusing…

THE MASKED SINGER: I can’t believe Andrew Lloyd Webber sat through THE MASKED SINGER performances. I wonder how stacked the producers made this round so he wasn’t subjected to people who would botch his songs. (And to be clear, they were all great. A disservice to them, frankly, but I’d guess they’d take it because they got to have ALW praise them.) But I was also surprised by how much fun he had with the show? (And the judges.)

But, also, how did no one sing a PHANTOM song?!

CHICAGO FIRE: I loved Boden getting very, very, very into Halloween and finally getting a haunted house that fit his extremely high standards…only to have to tear it all down when kids showed up. (Whoops.)

Gallo’s fling is lasting longer than I expected. It’s not like they’re getting serious, but I figured it would have flamed out (or they would have been caught) by now. But I appreciate that Violet said that laughing at her friends’ idiot behavior was the most normal she had felt in a while.

Also: Kidd and Severide remain absolutely perfect for each other.

CHICAGO P.D.: Ugh, poor Upton throwing herself into her work. It makes sense—her entire life was turned upside down and there’s nowhere that’s “safe” from that reality. But, man, she did not need another loss. And, uh, yeah, she’s right to be suspicious of Sean, who seemed shady from the start. This is going to be an absolute cluster for Intelligence to untangle given his father is so high up in CPD.
