Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

THE ROOKIE: Look, the longer the Elijah story continues, the more I worry this won’t end well for Wesley. (Protect that man, please and thanks. But also protect Diaz. And their family.)

Well, as soon as Nolan rejected the call from a doctor, it was obvious his mother was going to die, but owwwwwwwwww. Eesh. And is this going to make Nolan and Bailey rethink the kind of wedding they want?

I do kind of wish the ambulance sniper had been the A-story in the episode. It made sense why it was the focus of the promo, but it took a bit of time for the show itself to actually get there.

It was nice to have a lighter through-line of Lucy and Aaron trying to figure out his budget, though, oh my God, when did he get so rich/pampered? Someone needs to tell him his mother is burning through money, because WHO SPENDS $500 ON DRY CLEANING??
