About Last Night…AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: ALL-STARS and QUANTUM LEAP

Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

AMERICA’S GOT TALENT: ALL-STARS: Loved seeing Adam Lambert and Simon Cowell reunite. (It’s brain-breaking to realize it’s been 14 years since Lambert competed on IDOL.)

There was never going to be a good solution to who won, because no one was overtly more deserving than the others. They were all great, and you could make a solid argument for all of them. So, congrats to Aidan Bryant! (But it’s also bonkers how young the top 5 was?!)

QUANTUM LEAP: A solid episode, and Ben getting a bit of closure about his own mom’s death was absolutely a gut-punch. This felt like it was one of those episodes where more went wrong for Ben than normal, but I’m glad he was able to ultimately pull it out—and get the family to open themselves up to help, which will do a lot of good for them in the future.

It was also nice to get a bit of insight into Ian’s personal life. I’m a little worried about them and what their path may be, but I want good things. (Fingers crossed.)
