Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

AMERICAN AUTO: I felt reaaaaallly bad for Cyrus as things kept escalating with the possible settlement…and then the kid revealed he didn’t even come up with the design. (Yeah, that might be worse complications for them down the road, but at least Cyrus didn’t have the ego blow of a kid coming up with the same design as him.)

Katherine trying so desperately to not offend people because of an Instagram Live that went awry…so ridiculously funny.

THE VOICE: Sheer Element is a fascinating group, both because they’re a trio and also because they’re not related. I feel like we so often see either siblings or couples together on this show, so it being a more newly formed group makes things a bit more unique. I love that they’re on Team Kelly, though, who has won with a group and previously worked with one of the contestants. It’ll be fascinating to see how far they go.

I guessed Jimmy Fallon would be the special guest performer when NBC first teased it after Monday’s episode, but it was absolutely worth every silly second of it for the coaches’ reaction to him. (And absolutely hilarious that Blake knew who it was and therefore refused to turn.)

THAT’S MY JAM: Such a fun show! I would listen to Kelsea’s take on “The Middle” or Nicole’s “My Heart Will Go On” outside of the show.

As much as I love the show, though, I will once again bemoan the final challenge being unfair. It’s not even a first person to buzz in tries to guess the song…one team has absolutely no chance to take control of their own destiny. If this was just for bragging rights, fine. But, in theory, this dictates whose charity gets money. Let them fight a bit more fairly for it!
