FBI, FBI: INTERNATIONAL, and FBI: MOST WANTED

“Torn” – After finding a group of teens dead from a drug overdose, the team races to find the dangerous dealer and his supplier. Meanwhile, OA questions where he stands in his faith, on the CBS Original series FBI, Tuesday, May 16 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+. Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

FBI: Okay, I love that OA inspired someone—without even knowing it.

I felt for Val, and the complications of having to be undercover and possibly betray your religion is an aspect of the job I hadn’t given a lot of thought to. We’ve seen a lot of exploration about what it can do to sobriety, relationships, etc., but not being able to take a drink could really limit him. It’s a tough spot to be in. And then him having to take the shot to save OA? Val needs a break. (But I hope we see him again.)

As someone who also watches ORGANIZED CRIME, hearing OC name-checked multiple times (though obviously not the L&O version), plus the mention of Albanians made me once again wish we’d get a L&OxFBI crossover. (Again…please don’t kill me, writers.)

FBI: INTERNATIONAL: I’m going to start with the absolutely superficial: The episode looked gorgeous.

I actually appreciated that the twist on the case was there simply was no twist. It took a while to get the proof and there were red flags along the way, but the person who appeared to be the most guilty did it!

I’m not exactly objecting to it, but it’s a little odd how full the team was. It was great seeing Zoey again, but having her there while Damian was also there, too? It makes me nervous.

Speaking of nervousness, Vo jumping all in with Damian sure is a choice. How much is this going to backfire?

FBI: MOST WANTED: I’m glad those girls got justice and Barnes made the scumbag murderer say his victim’s name. It was a hard case to watch play out, but…yeah. (And an instance when, not to be a broken record, but it absolutely felt like LAW & ORDER: SVU’s squad would have been involved.)

Still deeply love Hana and Remy’s delightfully bizarre friendship. I’m glad he might get some closure soon, but I’m also a little worried about how deep the damage may go. (And, frankly, even just the guilt of his brother’s killer being free for so long.) Really curious to see how it plays out in the final episode.
