About Last Night…THE FLOOR

Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE FLOOR: While this wasn’t the very, very best episode of the show—something that can’t really be tweaked given it has to air in filmed order—I’m very glad to have the show back and I’m very curious how the contestants this season will impact the strategy and gameplay. It’s also intriguing which players had their secrets outed—like the married couple—versus the JEOPARDY champ, who seems to be going under the radar…how will that change how people see each other, competition-wise?

But, man, that battle in the “Book” round was insane and intense. By far the best head-to-head of the night.

I’m really glad the show is back! Hopefully the season lives up to the insanity promised.
