“Shelter” – When a gunman opens fire at a homeless shelter in Astoria, the team is led toward a killer with connections to a Mexican cartel, on FBI, Tuesday, Feb. 11 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. On the Tuesday, February 11 episode of FBI, “Shelter,” the team investigates a shooting at a shelter for unhoused people. However, it quickly becomes clear that the case is much more complicated than it initially appears.

In an exclusive clip from the hour, Jubal (Jeremy Sisto) and Isobel (Alana De La Garza) work with the agents in the JOC to get as much intel as they can about the crime.

“You’ve just witnessed the action of a cold-blooded killer,” Isobel says in the video below. “Whether we apprehend him before he takes more lives will be determined right here, right now. Let’s go to work.”

Jubal requests facial recognition and also questions what they know about the gun. “I’ve seen ghost guns before, but never anything like that,” he says.

“It’s an FTP6,” Kelly (Taylor Anthony Miller) replies. “It’s a 3D-printed assault rifle. The ‘TP’ stands for ‘the police.'”

“I can guess what the ‘f’ stands for,” Jubal deadpans. “Any chance we can trace the shooter through the design?”

“Unfortunately, no,” Kelly answers. “The specs are open-source, anybody can download them. All you need is a commercial 3D printer, some parts, and you have an untraceable gun, capable of firing over 100 rounds per minute.”

“When they said the internet would bring us together, I don’t think they had this in mind,” Jubal grimly says.

But, fortunately, there is some good news with the facial recognition search. Watch the scene now…

FBI, Tuesdays, 8/7c, CBS
