GHOSTS: Joe Wiseman, Joe Port, and Asher Grodman Tease ‘The Devil Went Down to Woodstone’

“The Devil Went Down to Woodstone” – Sam and Jay host a big party for the launch of Sam and Isaac’s vampire book, on the fourth season finale of CBS Original series GHOSTS, Thursday, May 8 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. As GHOSTS closes out its fourth season, there’s cause for celebration on the Thursday, May 8 finale, “The Devil Went Down to Woodstone.”

“Well, Sam and Isaac have been working on his biography, which then turned into a vampire book,” co-showrunner Joe Wiseman tells Give Me My Remote. “And so during this finale episode, they’re gonna have the launch party. It’s gonna be a big, fun, festive affair. Who doesn’t like fun? Patience.”

Outside of Patience’s return, “it’s a culmination of a lot of different story threads coming together in one episode,” co-showrunner Joe Port adds. “Some of our favorite guests of the past [are] returning. And I think it’s going to be a big, fun, finale-feeling episode. So we’re excited about it.”

And it wouldn’t be GHOSTS without some sort of cliffhanger…though the stakes will be a little different this year. “We won’t leave you in agony,” GHOSTS star Asher Grodman, who plays Trevor, notes. “But I think we will leave you wanting more and wanting to have the answers to some questions.”
