You have to ease into your workout. Warm up a bit before you kick it up a notch. This song will do the trick. Plus, Tina Cohen Chang takes the lead...had to include thing song for that reason alone.

    Great list! You’re so right about the cover of Rebecca Black. That’s a fantastic song to workout to! And it never fails to make me smile.
