John Krasinski is the New Voice of Apple - Give Me My Remote : Give Me My Remote

John Krasinski is the New Voice of Apple

John Krasinski

The fabulous Tanster at OfficeTally.com made my day yesterday when she posted the news that my TV boyfriend John Krasinski is the new voice of Apple. I guess I’m going to start watching commercials again…and buy an Apple TV. This isn’t the first time there’s been an Apple/The Office crossover.  The Office is often featured in Apple product demonstrations including the unveil of the Apple iPhone earlier this year (iPhone demo featuring The Office). And of course The Office is the most downloaded show through iTunes.

As far as Mr. Krasinski goes…well that voice of his is serving him quite well.  In addition to his work with Apple, John is also the voice of Ask.com and will lend his voice to the upcoming Shrek 3 playing Sir Lancelot.

OK, so tell me if this is not the best marketing tool ever. Hire John Krasinski for any and all voice over work.

    Example:
That annoying voice that says “Congratulations, you’ve just won 2 free iPod nanos”… replace her with John. Now, I dont know about anyone else but I would be refresh that damn page over and over just to hear his smooth, smo.. where was I? Oh right, just play his voice over and over.

I wonder how much it would cost to get him to say “Good Morning” and then loop it on my alarm clock?

Because if I have to wake up that is how I want to do it.

is it the voice for the intro video for iworks 09-_-? the voice those air videos sounded much more comfortable… it made looking at the new features hard.

is it the voice for the intro video for iworks 09-_-? the voice of those leopard clips sounded much more comfortable… this one made looking at the new features very hard. I can still hear the word that had a weird intonation….>_<
