HBO Sets GAME OF THRONES, VEEP, and SILICON VALLEY Premiere Dates, Announces End for BOARDWALK EMPIRE

HBO has set a schedule for a slew of premieres for new and returning shows.

• The fourth season of GAME OF THRONES will kick off HBO’s Sunday nights on April 6th at 9 PM. The third season of VEEP will debut the same night at 10 PM, followed by the series debut of SILICON VALLEY — a new comedy from Mike Judge. (However, if you’ve been counting down the minutes until GOT returns, the season 4 trailer will debut during the series premiere of TRUE DETECTIVE.)
• VICE will kick off its second season on Friday, March 14th at 11 PM.
• BOARDWALK EMPIRE will air its fifth and final season this fall. BOARDWALK EMPIRE boss Terence Winter said in a statement that the writer and HBO “look forward to bringing [the show] to a powerful and exciting conclusion.”
