STAR TREK: PICARD debuted on CBS All Access earlier this month, and now the streaming platform has made the first episode available for free.

PICARD finds Sir Patrick Stewart reprising his role of Jean-Luc Picard, as the former captain reluctantly returns to service when a friends from his past needs help. The series also stars sa Briones, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway, and Evan Evagora. (PICARD has also already been renewed for a second season.)

STAR TREK: PICARD to Launch in January 2020

CBS All Access will launch its STAR TREK spinoff, STAR TREK: PICARD, on Thursday, January 23, 2020, the streaming platform announced at New York Comic Con.

Prior to the convention, very little was known about the new series—CBS All Access has teased PICARD will “follow this iconic character into the next chapter of his life”—but in addition to Patrick Stewart reprising his title character, he’ll be joined by Isa Briones, Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, Alison Pill, Harry Treadaway and Evan Evagora.
