Making the Band 3...Finally a Group
The following contains spoilers for tonight's season finale of Making the Band 3. If you don't want to know, then stop reading now.
Finally...finally...finally Diddy has made the band. After the disaster that was his first season with "The Band" (remember Chopper?), and the last season's failed attempt to put together a group, Diddy finally announced the ladies who will comprise his latest diva-etts.
And they are....drumroll please.

No idea what the name of the group is yet. But I have to say I already dig the single. So good luck girls and congrats!!!!
Still hoping we hear some news about a solo-career for Dominique. That girl is fierce.

I sure agree with your mention of a solo career for Dominique, that girl can sing! I have to admit I was actually disappointed when her name wasn't called, and waited for one of those well used "one last thing" Diddy appearances, where he pops in and says something, but nothing, no Diddy pop in, no text rolling up saying Dominique had signed an artist development deal, just the BadBoy logo. Guess we'll have to wait until "Making the Band 4". *LOL

I had planned to buy the first cd if she was in the band, i'm not even considering it now. I want Dominique new single. Hot! Hot!Hot!
With her talent she doesn't need to dance, however i don't want another Mariah scary onstage!
Well,
We all know from the American Idol days that being a fierce singer doesn't translate to commercial success. I would like to think that people respect talent rather vocal or otherwise but that's just not the case. It's all about having the look. I wish the girls success and I hope it works out better that the previous two bands.
Congrats to all the girls especially Aubrey, Andria and Dawn. Dawn you lost so much as my family did with Hurricane Katrina may this be the beginning for all of you of great things to come. I agree Dominique has a voice to be recond with and am sure someone will grab her up.

i really like the group they picked. i agree with everyone about dominique being a really GOOD singer.

I met Aundrea at a restraunt tonight in L.A., she was really nice and not full of herself or anything. She's beautiful outside and in.
I thought the band was good. I think that they will make it far with another label except for Bad Boy because no one on Bad Boy made it that far except for Diddy and Biggie. Usher and Faith Evans even left Bad Boy. I thought the group should have been Aubrey, Aundrea, Shannon, Dawn, and Taquita. But Wanita is good. They need to go to Columbia Records. I heard that their name is going to be BABIEGIRLZ. That's stupid. The name should be Passion because it sounds sexy, talented, flirty, and very good (just like the band is). None of us wouldn't have heard "Yeah" from Usher if his mother didn't decide for him to leave Bad Boy. b Think about it.
If I was Diddy, I would have chosen that band. I would have had Denosh, Dominique, and Taquita on solo careers. Diddy could have been made more money with those three girls.
I for one think that the group dosen't match. Dawn,Aundrea,and D Woods can obviously sing. Shannon and Aubrey thats a whole other story, it is obvious that they are pretty and can dance but that is as far as it goes. Personally I dont think when it comes to singing and selling millions you have to be skinny and know how to dance. As long as they are being promoted the right way they can make in the business. I'm sure Dominique has what it takes and i'm sure we have'nt heard the last of her.
