Another full Monday night schedule — by summer standards, anyway. Are you excited for the premiere of the new ABC Family show, SWITCHED AT BIRTH? What about the season finale of THE SECRET LIFE? Or will you be tuning in to all the drama on THE BACHELORETTE?

Lots to choose from. Keep reading for all the highlights…

The Bachelorette | 8pm on ABC
“Episode 703”
A flash mob and a comedy roast that scalds the Bachelorette are among the highlights as Ashley cuts the field from 15 to 12. The mob appears at an open-air L.A. mall, where Ashley and her date are dancing. And the roast is at L.A.’s Comedy Store, where one guy acts childishly and another cruelly. In fact, Ashley is so distraught that she cancels the cocktail party, leaving candidates who made a bad impression on her unable to make amends.

Masterchef | 8pm on Fox | Season Premiere
“Audition #1”
After conducting a nationwide search, 100 of the best amateur cooks in America – including a police officer, an oil rig engineer, an interior designer, a forklift operator, a professional poker player, a classical pianist and a tattoo shop owner – were flown to Los Angeles in the hopes of becoming the next MASTERCHEF and walking away with the life-changing grand prize. The hopefuls will prepare their signature dishes and present them to judges Gordon Ramsay, Joe Bastianich and Graham Elliot. The amateur cooks will be put through the paces, and only the most deserving among them will win the coveted white apron and move on to the next round of the competition.

Secret Life of the American Teenager| 8pm on ABC Family | Season Finale
“…Or Not to Be”
Adrian and Ben prepare for the imminent arrival of their daughter. When Adrian experiences discomfort, the couple – believing she is about to go into labor – are instructed by their doctor to leave for the hospital. Ben and Adrian agree not to call anyone until they know more, but as word spreads she is in the hospital, family and friends gather there to share the joyous occasion. But the couple learn some devastating news that will change their lives forever and will need those closest to them for support.

So much more. Keep reading…

Single Ladies | 9pm on VH1

Val turns to online dating to get over Quinn; Keisha and Malcolm take their relationship up a notch, but with mixed emotions; and April finds her cover is blown.

Switched at Birth | 9pm on ABC Family | Series Premiere
“This is Not a Pipe”
In the series premiere of this drama, a hospital error that involved sending two newborns home with the wrong families is uncovered years later, when the girls are teenagers. The girls went on to lead very different lives: Artistic Bay Kennish (Vanessa Marano) grew up in a world of privilege, while athletic Daphne Vasquez (Katie Lecleric) was raised by a single mother and contracted an illness that left her deaf at a young age.

Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition | 10pm on ABC
“Alex”
Growing up, 23-year-old Alex was always overweight, but he had an ideal childhood with loving parents and brothers who all enjoyed going to baseball games together. However, at the age of 18, tragedy struck when his mom was diagnosed with cancer. With their days together dwindling, Alex made a promise to his mother that he would get healthy and lose the weight. Now at a dangerous 459 pounds and clearly struggling to uphold that promise, Alex writes a letter to trainer and transformation specialist Chris Powell, requesting his help in a desperate attempt to save his own life and make his mother proud.

Law and Order: Los Angeles | 10pm on NBC
“Carthay Circle”
When Kim Ho Lee (guest star Elizabeth Anweis) is found dead by a neighbor, the detectives suspect her live-in boyfriend of murder until they stumble upon his dead body. As Winters and Jazuszalski begin digging into Joyner’s past, they learn that he was hired to collect voter signatures in order to put a controversial proposition back on the ballot. However, when surprising details are uncovered, DDA’s Morales and Price find their case in jeopardy and justice hanging in the balance.
